Viewing the coverage according to Time Interval

  1. From Scheduling, select Multi-view scheduler > Master Rotation > Manage Master Rotation.

    To open an OTS, follow the same path and select Multi-view Scheduler > One-time Scheduler.

  2. Select a Master Rotation template and click Edit.
  3. In Display Coverage, select By Time Intervals.
    1. From the Interval list, select the number of hours.
    2. From the Employee Count list, select By Over/Under or By Coverage.
    3. From the Include Shifts list, select All, Assigned, or Unassigned.
  4. Optionally, select the Coverage Filter button to specify a more specific time frame.
  5. From the Coverage Filter page, select Time Range or Specific Time.
  6. If you select Time Range, specify the Start Time, End Time, and Interval.
  7. If you select Specific Time, select a single timestamp by clicking the clock icon.
  8. Click Set time then click Apply.
  9. Optionally, select the Hide Empty Coverage Row check box to save space and hide any empty rows.
