Viewing the total shift hours

On the scheduling screen, click Display Options.

Select the KPI Header to display the Hours KPI
widgets:
- Filled Hours
- Filled hours include all the scheduled hours where the
corresponding activity has Is working
activity set to Yes. The system scans the selected date range for
the schedule and identifies all the working hours within
it.
- Filled Hours %
- The sum of filled hours and unfilled hours is divided by
the number of filled hours and then multiplied by 100. The total
filled hours percentage is rounded off to 2 decimal
places.
- Unfilled Hours
- The number of total unassigned hours. The system scans the
schedule for the selected date range and identifies all unassigned
hours.
- Unfilled Hours %
- The sum of filled hours and unfilled hours is divided by
the number of unfilled hours and then multiplied by 100. The total
unfilled hours percentage is rounded off to 2 decimal
places.
- Hours Total
- The sum of filled hours and unfilled hours.
