Viewing or adding shift comments

You can add a shift comment to a shift or view existing shift comments associated with the shift. You can also delete shift comments that you previously made.

  1. Load a schedule.
  2. Right-click on a shift card and select Shift Comments.
    The Shift Comments pop-up opens and displays a list of comments associated with the shift, including the user that made the comment and the comment date.
  3. Optionally, perform one of these actions:
    • To add a comment, enter your comment in the text box and click Add Comment.
    • To delete a comment that you previously made, click the Delete button next to the comment.
  4. Click Close.
