Plotting shifts using the Shift Palette

Shifts can be selected from the Shift Palette and plotted in the grid to add them to cells in the Schedule table.

  1. Edit a Master Rotation (MR) or One-time Schedule (OTS).
    The Shift Palette is displayed when you are in a mode that allows shift plotting.
  2. Click a shift label in the Shift Palette to highlight the shift.
  3. Click inside the rotation row cell under the date where you want to plot the shift.
    The shift is plotted to the cell.
  4. To delete a shift, select the shift label of the shift you would like to delete and click inside the cell.
  5. To change a shift to a different shift, select the shift label of the new shift and click inside the cell.
  6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to update the schedule or rotation row as needed.
  7. Save the MR, OTS, or rotation row.
