Printing the Schedule

You can print two variations (Current Day or All Days in Period) of the schedule from the Intraday page. Acrobat Reader (or equivalent) must be installed on your machine for printing functionality to work.

To print the schedule:

  1. Select one of the following time periods to print from the drop-down list provided:.
    • Current Day - a schedule of the 24-hour period currently displayed on the Intraday page.
    • All Days in Period - a schedule of all days loaded on the Intraday page. This is dependent on the MVS view (one week or multi-week) from which the Intraday page is opened.
  2. Click the Print button.
    The system generates a PDF of the selected schedule(s).
  3. Once the Acrobat Reader application (or equivalent) opens with a PDF of the schedule displayed, use its native print functionality to print the schedule display.

If you want to save the schedule in PDF, use Acrobat Reader’s (or equivalent) native save functionality.
