Configuration Details

To configure the Skills rule:

1. Set the employee’s skills on the Employee Detail page (Maintenance > Employees > Employee).
2. Set the required skill(s) on the Location Staffing Requirements page (Scheduling > Schedule Optimization > Location > Staffing Requirements).
3. Set the schedule rules to use the following staff rule (Scheduling > Schedule Optimization > Schedule Rules— Staff Rules):

   Constraint: Honor skill requirements
