Identifying Employee Schedule Information
The shift details that appear on the Intraday schedule display are color-coded (see figure 8 ) for easy recognition.
The shift details indicate employee activity or availability for the given time slot.
A legend for the color codes used to identify employee schedule information is always displayed at the bottom of the Intraday page. If you cannot see the legend initially when the Intraday page is opened, use the scroll bars to scroll down to the bottom of the Intraday page.
The color codes used to identify employee activities can be customized and the color codes shown may differ from your installation. For more information, see Changing employee activity colors.
The following table is an example of the employee schedule information You can view on the Intraday schedule display and the color codes that identify them:
Shift Type | Color | Description |
---|---|---|
Scheduled | Purple | The employee is scheduled with a job assignment during marked hours. |
Scheduled Off | Black | The employee is scheduled off, such as for vacation, during marked hours. |
Unassigned | Beige | The employee is scheduled, but not assigned to a specific job, during marked hours. |
Fixed Break | Orange | The employee is on a fixed break that is a part of the employee's shift pattern during marked hours. |
Off/Unavailable | Gray | The employee is off and unavailable for shift assignment based on the employee's shift pattern, or because the employee's availability is not defined during marked hours. |
Break | Green | The employee is on break during marked hours. Non-fixed breaks are assigned manually from the Schedule Details panel. |
Available | Fuchsia | The employee is available to be scheduled during marked hours. Only visible if the Availability Management or the RTSS module is enabled. |
Work | Yellow | The employee is scheduled to work (assigned or unassigned). |
Shift Pattern | Blue | The employee's pre-determined shift pattern, including days off, which the employee fulfills regularly during the time period displayed on the Intraday schedule display. |
