Schedule Validation

When you create a schedule and click Validate, the system checks to see that no associated rules have been violated and generates a Schedule Violation report.

To validate the schedule:

  1. Click Validate at the bottom of the displayed schedule.
    The Validation Report window is displayed. You can sort the validation report by selecting either Employee or Rule from the Sort By drop-down list.
  2. Click Print to print a copy of the Schedule Validation report, if desired.
  3. Click Close Window to close the Validation Report window.

You can address any violations against the schedule and then validate the schedule again.
