Defining Shift Offset Durations by Job and Team

Select Maintenance > Schedule Settings > Shift Offset.

Click Create New Entry or Edit to change an existing duration.

Select a job from the Job lookup.

Select a team from the Team lookup.

Select an offset activity from the Activity lookup.

Edit the Offset Before (in minutes) and/or the Offset After (in minutes) to the desired duration(s).

Click Save.
