Areas in Master Rotation and One-time scheduler

When creating an MR/OTS with areas, job rows are grouped by area headers in the MR/OTS grid. To display the Area in the Coverage Panel, turn on the Config mode and update the Field Parameters of the Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary Grouping registries to include this information:
