Technical information
This appendix list technical details that are relevant to customers who are
using custom extensions with MVS or that are using specialized configurations to
customize MVS functionality. It also includes information on:
- Callouts: A callout is a mechanism that customers can use to add extensions to Workforce Management. The extensions can override certain core behavior or introduce additional validations on top of the core validations.
- Registry parameters: The registry parameters listed in this section are used to specify customer-defined services that implement a callout.
