Job Team
You can create an association between the selected jobs and a team using the Job Team tab. That is, you can pick a team corresponding to a location for the purpose of restricting visibility of overtime payment information for a particular job to the specified team and all sub-teams.
- Job
- Specify a job to create a relationship between that job and the team specified in the Team field. This relationship ensures that employees assigned to the specified team can perform the job.
- Team
- Specify a team to create a relationship between a job specified in the Job field and a particular team. This relationship ensures that employees assigned to this team can perform the specified job.
- Daily OT Threshold
- The number of hours per day that the employee must work before overtime is applied.
- Weekly OT Threshold
- The number of hours per week that the employee must work before overtime is applied.
- Average Hourly Rate
- The average hourly rate of pay for an employee in the specified job.
- OT Multiplier
- The amount by which the average hourly rate is multiplied to obtain the overtime. For example, time and a half is represented by 1.5.
- OT Increment
- The amount representing the premium to be paid in addition to the normal pay amount when an employee reaches overtime status. For example, you could specify an extra $3.50 per hour by specifying 3.5.
