Full schedule regeneration
Full schedule regeneration can be used to used to discard and regenerate an entire unpublished schedule or to adjust an unpublished schedule. This is typically done to account for changes in the forecast, staffing requirements, or employee availability. Full schedule regeneration can only be performed on schedules that start on the current date or in the future.
You can use full schedule regeneration to discard and regenerate an entire schedule. Staffing requirements are regenerated according to the current forecast or workload. When this option is used, all assigned and unassigned shifts in the schedule are deleted, and new shifts are generated and assigned to cover the new staffing requirements.
It is important to note that this option discards any manual changes made to the schedule before regeneration. It is recommended to cancel any borrowed employees from the schedule before proceeding with the regeneration.

Full schedule regeneration can also be used to adjust the existing schedule for changes in the forecast or staffing requirements. Similar to regenerating the whole schedule, this option regenerates staffing requirements according to the current forecast or workload, but it keeps all existing assigned shifts in the schedule. New shifts are generated to account for any increases in staffing requirements.
Mid-week schedule regeneration
Mid-week schedule regeneration can be used to adjust a published schedule for changes in the forecast or workload. This option regenerates the staffing requirements, starting at the specified start date, according to the current forecast or workload. All existing assigned shifts in the schedule are kept. New shifts are generated to account for any increases in staffing requirements. Mid-week schedule generation can be performed for schedules that start on the current date or in the future.
