Error messages

You can view the logs in the Job Scheduler or the Import Transactions page for errors during a Schedule Import. See "Job Scheduler" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Errors are also shown in the Import Log Report. See the Cognos Reporting Administration Guide.

This table lists the possible error messages for a Schedule Import:

Error Message Scenario
Cannot find the specified employee in the import data. If the Creates Employee Override check box is selected and employee with Emp_Name is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified schedule in the import data. If Creates Shift When Not Found is set to TRUE, a shift is created, otherwise, an error is generated.
Invalid date format Invalid schedule in/out dates, invalid break times.
