Staffing Requirements Interface
The Staffing Requirements Interface is used to define and import staffing requirements. System administrators can use this import interface to configure three different types of staffing requirements:
- Volume-driven work, which sets variable workload requirements based on business volume fluctuations.
- Non-volume-driven work, which establishes fixed workload requirements, determined by the activities performed, irrespective of volume.
- Property-driven work, which sets workload requirements based on user-defined location property variables, such as store square footage or the number of check-out lines.
