Supported browsers
The current release supports these browsers. Both Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported as the operating system for browsers.
We acknowledges that browsers often update automatically. However, every effort is made to test and support the most recent version of browsers as of the release date for Infor Workforce Management.

Chrome is the recommended browser to use to access the screens in the MVS module. Chrome has the best performance when displaying the MVS screens compared with the other supported browsers. See notes 5 and 6. |
Apple® Safari® |
The current version of Safari on its corresponding macOS. Every effort is made to test and support the most recent version of this browser as of the release date for Infor Workforce Management. Note: Safari is only certified for use on macOS. macOS
only supports Safari.

Notes
- These platforms are eligible for “Supplementary Third-Party Vendor Update Support”. See Supplementary Third-Party Vendor Update Support.
- Third party extensions are not supported. Some third party extensions create significant performance problems.
- Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or later is required to view generated PDF files.
- Browsers must be run at a resolution of 1280x1024 or higher.
- The IBM Cognos Analytics Report Authoring tool and Query Studio have different browser requirements than the core WFM application. See IBM’s website for information on supported browsers for Cognos Report Authoring and Query Studio.
- Changing any of the default configuration or registry settings to increase the amount of data that is displayed to the user may slow the responsiveness of the system.
