Searching for timesheets
- Select Timesheet.

Specify this information:
- Employee
- Specify one or more employee IDs to view those employees' timesheets.
- Team
- Specify one or more teams whose timesheets you want to view.
- Include Sub Teams
- Select this check box to include the timesheets of sub team members.
- Home Team Only
- Select this check box to include only employees whose home team is the team specified in the Team field. Timesheets of employees who are on that team on a temporary assignment are not loaded.
- Pay Group
- Specify one or more pay groups for which you want to view timesheets.
- Calculation Group
- Specify one or more calculation groups for which you want to view timesheets.
- Shift
- Specify one or more shifts for which you want to view timesheets.
- Dates
- Select a date or range of dates from the
Date Selection list. If you
select Manual Date Range, specify the start date and
end date in the fields to the right.
If you specify a single date, such as Today or Yesterday, the daily view is shown.
If you specify a range of dates, such as Current Pay Period or Last Week, the date range view is shown.
Note: To view timesheets for multiple employees for the current pay period, next pay period, or last pay period, the employees must have the same pay period. Pay periods are based on the employee's pay group. - Authorization
- Select the authorization status of the timesheets to view. You can
select one of these options:
- All: All timesheets are shown.
- Fully Authorized: Displays timesheets that have been authorized.
- Unauthorized: Displays timesheets that have not been authorized.
- Order By
- Select the display order for the timesheets.

Click Load.
If no timesheets meet the search criteria, an error message is shown.
