No display on clock. |
- Check the power cord.
- Press the battery button on the clock. The date and time should
appear.

Clock not connecting to clock server. |

Clock not reading badges. |
- Make sure the barcode is not damaged or faded.
- Make sure the card is swiped correctly with the barcode facing
down and to the right.
- Try cleaning the reader head with a cotton swab and 95%
isopropyl alcohol.
- Use a can of compressed air to remove dust and dirt from the
reader slot.

Buttons not working. |
- Press escape twice and try again.
- Inspect the buttons for possible damage. Do no use a pen—it can
permanently damage the buttons.
- Press harder on the keypad to ensure a confirmation beep is
heard for each key press.
