This document describes how to receive replacement clocks from Product Support for your CMI 2016.
Under certain circumstances, the CMI 2016 clock can degrade over time. If you have a support agreement with Infor, your clocks will be covered for the period specified in the support agreement.
Note: Clocks that require replacement due to negligence or physical damage
may be purchased when necessary. Please contact Infor product support for
purchase information.
