Disabling PIN validation for employees

PIN authentication is enabled by default in the application provided a PIN number is provided in Employee Badge. If PIN authentication is not required for a specific employee, follow the steps in this procedure.

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Badge
  2. Click the Edit link next to the employee.
  3. Delete the value in the PIN field.
  4. Click Save.
