Enabling the Escalate button for Scheduled Swipes

You have the option of enabling an Escalate button which is displayed on the Missed Swipes screen as part of the Scheduled Swipes feature. By default, this option is turned off.

By clicking the Escalate button, the employee can choose not to confirm the missed swipes that are presented on the HTML clock. After clicking Escalate, the missed swipes will not be displayed again for the user. All displayed missed swipes are escalated when you click the Escalate button.

To enable the Escalate button when viewing missed swipes in the HTML clock, you must set the scheduledSwipes.escalation.enabled setting to true with Admin Console. You may need to restart the Clock Server for your changes to take effect.
