Reassigning badge numbers

If an employee’s bar code or magnetic stripe card or proximity badge is replaced, either because their old one was lost or damaged, then assign the new badge number to the employee.

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Badge
  2. Click the Edit link next to the employee who needs a new badge number.
  3. Specify the employee’s badge number in the Badge Number field.
    This number must match the stored value of the employee’s physical badge or card.
  4. Click Save.
