Budget Has Been Released Twice

The number in the Working Payroll column is the same as the number in the Adjusted Payroll column when the budget has been released and subsequently released again. Suppose that a budget with the following numbers is released to the Store 1.2 budget manager:

The budget manager modifies the number in the Adjusted Payroll column for Store 1.2 to 400 and then clicks Release.

Since the budget is released, the numbers in the Working Payroll column are updated.

The budget manager to whom the budget is released initially sees the following budget numbers:
