Database Columns in Layouts

Database columns store required values. For example, a layout column can store average hourly rate details in the database:

• Column Type is set to Column
• Column Name is set to FCIT_AHR

To display database fields on the Worksheet, on the Layout Columns page, set the Column Type field to Column, and specify one of the following in the Column Name field:

Column Name	Description of Column Name
FCIT_SALES	Represents sales in both the budget and forecast default layouts.
FCIT_PAYROLL_PCT	Represents payroll percent in both the budget and forecast default layouts.
FCIT_HOURS	Represents hours in both the budget and forecast default layouts.
FCIT_PAYROLL	Represents payroll in both the budget and forecast default layouts.
FCIT_AHR	Represents average hourly rate in both the budget and forecast default layouts.
FCIT_SPH	Represents sales per hour in both the budget and forecast default layouts.
FCIT_MIN_HOURS	Not presented in the default layouts, used for minimum hours constraint validation.
FCIT_HOL_HOURS	Represents holiday hours in the default forecast layouts.
FCIT_VAC_HOURS	Represents vacation hours in the default forecast layouts.
FCIT_OTHER_HOURS	Represents non-productive hours in the default forecast layouts.
FCIT_PROD_HOURS	Represents productive hours in the default forecast layouts.
FCIT_ITEM1... FCIT_ITEM20	User-defined columns.

When referencing default database fields, use only the above Column Type/Column Name combinations.
