Database Columns in Layouts
Database columns store required values. For example, a layout column can store average hourly rate details in the database:
- Column Type is set to Column
- Column Name is set to FCIT_AHR
To display database fields on the Worksheet, on the Layout Columns page, set the Column Type field to Column, and specify one of the following in the Column Name field:

FCIT_SALES | Represents sales in both the budget and forecast default layouts. |
FCIT_PAYROLL_PCT | Represents payroll percent in both the budget and forecast default layouts. |
FCIT_HOURS | Represents hours in both the budget and forecast default layouts. |
FCIT_PAYROLL | Represents payroll in both the budget and forecast default layouts. |
FCIT_AHR | Represents average hourly rate in both the budget and forecast default layouts. |
FCIT_SPH | Represents sales per hour in both the budget and forecast default layouts. |
FCIT_MIN_HOURS | Not presented in the default layouts, used for minimum hours constraint validation. |
FCIT_HOL_HOURS | Represents holiday hours in the default forecast layouts. |
FCIT_VAC_HOURS | Represents vacation hours in the default forecast layouts. |
FCIT_OTHER_HOURS | Represents non-productive hours in the default forecast layouts. |
FCIT_PROD_HOURS | Represents productive hours in the default forecast layouts. |
FCIT_ITEM1... FCIT_ITEM20 | User-defined columns. |
When referencing default database fields, use only the above Column Type/Column Name combinations.
