After Budget Manager Released the Budget
The number in the Working Payroll column is the same as the number in the Adjusted Payroll column that was edited by the budget manager who recalculated or saved and then released the budget. Suppose that the District 1 budget manager edited the budget as follows and then releases it to the Store 1.1 budget manager:
Budget Payroll | Working Payroll | Adjusted Payroll | |
---|---|---|---|
District 1 | 1400 | 1250 | 1250 |
Store 1.1 | 700 | 600 | 600 |
Store 1.2 | 700 | 650 | 650 |
The Store 1.1 budget manager edits the Adjusted Payroll number for Store 1.2 to 600 and then clicks or :
Budget Payroll | Working Payroll | Adjusted Payroll | |
---|---|---|---|
District 1 | 1400 | 1250 | 1200 |
Store 1.1 | 700 | 600 | 600 |
Store 1.2 | 700 | 650 | 600 |
Since the Working Payroll column displays previously edited data, the number in this column does not change.
