Generating a Bottom-Up Projection

Generating a bottom-up projection requires these steps:

1. Generating a forecast at the department level using AHR.
2. Generating driver-level actuals data in one of the following ways:
   • Generating a forecast using specific data for bottom-up projections. Forecasted data is stored in the FCST_DRIVER table.
   • Generating a forecast using imported data, which is stored in the FCST_DRIVER_IMPORT table. For setup instructions, see Importing a Driver Forecast Instead of Forecasting Driver Actuals.
3. Generating workload by using historical data and drivers to calculate driver forecasts.
4. Generating data for mandatory events.
5. Estimating non-productive hours.
