Excluding locations from solicitation process

To exclude all locations of a particular location type from the solicitation process:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Labor Budgeting > Labor Budgeting Settings > Labor Budgeting Location Types.
    The Labor Budgeting Location Types page is displayed.
  2. Click Edit next to the Labor Budgeting location type that you want to exclude from the solicitation process.
  3. In the Exclude From Solicitation area, use the lookup to specify the budgets or forecasts that you want to exclude from the solicitation process for this location type.
    To exclude both budgets and forecasts, use two consecutive lookups.
  4. Click Save.
