Releasing

Clicking Release triggers the state change rules to perform the following:

1. Release all or some of your immediate child locations.
2. Move data from your working copy to the Master copy and then re-aggregate data.
3. If all the child locations are Released, change the state of current node to Released; otherwise set the state to Pending, or remain Pending if only some of the child locations are released.
4. Change the state of the immediate child nodes that are released to Pending.
