Automatic Notifications

If so configured, Labor Budgeting sends a Workmail message to the appropriate budget managers notifying them when a budget/forecast is ready for their review or approval. If there is no budget manager assigned to a location, then a notification is not sent. For information about configuration, see Configuring Notifications and Alerts with Registry Parameters.

These automatic notifications are sent when the following actions occurs:

• after importing a plan
• after generating a plan
• when a location changes state
