Customizing Notification and Alert Messages

Select Maintenance > System Administration > Domains.

The Domains page is displayed.

Click the Edit link for WORKBRAIN_SYSTEM.

In the Text Localization section, specify a string that represents the notification or alert to customize in the Text Name field, and click Find.

For a list of notifications, see Default Notification Messages.
For a list of alerts, see Default Alert Messages.

Modify the text in the corresponding Localized To field for one of the templates.

You can use the variables described in Variables.

Edit the value in the Localized To column for the appropriate locale.

Click Save.

The next time a budget or forecast due date passes with no action from the budget manager, the application uses the modified template(s) to send Workmail notification messages to the applicable recipients.
