Weekly View
The Employee Availability Calendar weekly view provides a color-coded view of an employee’s availability patterns and any overrides that have been submitted:
- Light Blue indicates that the employee is not able to work on that day.
- Dark Blue indicates that the employee is not able to work on that day and that an unavailable override exists.
- Light Yellow indicates that the employee is able to work on that day
- Dark Yellow indicates that the employee is not able to work on that day and an override exists.
