Modifying a delivered and pre-defined workflow flow

Delivered or pre-defined workflows can be edited and new custom actions can be added.

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > System Administration > Toolkit > Form Studio > Workflow Flow.
  2. The pre-defined and delivered actions within the WFM system are listed here.
  3. Enter a search term and use the Find button to search for an existing workflow.
  4. Click Edit to open a delivered and pre-defined workflow.
  5. The process for updating a delivered and pre-defined workflow is similar to creating a new workflow. Identical fields and values must be specified. See Creating a custom workflow flow for more information.
