Setting Up Workforce Management Mail Forwarder

The WFM Mail Forwarder (Mail Forwarder) function allows you to send (forward) email messages from the WFM system to an external mail server. The external mail server to which your email is forwarded, is specified on the Mail Forwarder Task Parameters page. The Task Parameter page is opened through the Job Scheduler. The Job Scheduler is also used to schedule when your email is forwarded through the Mail Forwarder.
