Description/Notes

Moves all workbrain mail data to the archive schema. This process involves moving:

1. All data from MESSAGE table where messages are of type 'Mail' or 'User Mail' and their msg_date is before the aging date.
2. All data from RECIPIENT_MESSAGE table for the messages identified in #1.
3. All data from MESSAGE_HEADER for the recipient messages identified in #2.
