Configuring the WFM SAML Adapter

The purpose of this section is to outline the design and identify the configuration parameters on a Workforce Management (WFM) instance that uses the WFM SAML adapter.

IdP initiated Single Sign-On (SSO) and Service Provider (SP) initiated SSO are available. For more information on these configurations, see:
