Form buttons
These buttons are available on forms created in Form Studio.
- Cancel
- This button resets and closes the form.
This button is displayed when the form is rendered in the Admin Portal.
In the Self Service Portal, this button is hidden on the desktop. In Mobility, it is replaced by the
button of the dialog window. - Clear
- This button clears all values of any editable controls on the current page
only.
This button is always displayed.
The user remains on the current page.
Note: When you click the button, you are prompted with the option to continue or cancel the clear request. - Reset
- This button sets all values to blanks or defaults for the entire form not only
the values on the page. The user returns to the first page of the form.
This button is displayed when the form is rendered in the Admin Portal.
In the Self Service Portal, this button is displayed on the desktop and hidden in Mobility. In Mobility, the user must close the form and reopen it to reset the values.
Note: When you click the button, you are prompted with the option to continue or cancel the reset request. - Previous
- This button displays the previous page in a multiple page form.
This button is displayed only if there is a previous page in the form.
- Next
- This button displays the next page in a multiple page form.
This button is displayed only if there is a next page in the form and the user is not on the last page of the form.
- Submit
- This button submits the current form. This button is displayed on the last page of the form.
