Encrypting Files that are Exported from WFM

To encrypt files that are going to be exported from the WFM application, you must provide a PGP public key to the application.

To encrypt a file that is exported from WFM:

1. Generate a PGP key pair using a supported third-party tool and export the PGP public key to a file. See Generating a PGP Key Pair and Exporting the Public Key.
2. Insert the PGP public key into the WFM application. See Inserting the PGP Public Key into WFM.
3. Run the export task with the PGP Encrypt File option enabled. See Running an Export Task with PGP Encryption Enabled.
4. Decrypt the exported file using the same third-party tool. See Decrypting the Exported File.
