Configuring API access in Workforce Management

This guide outlines how to configure access to Workforce Management for API Suites.

As a best practice for new customers, we recommend that you use the Infor Provisioned WFM suite which has been setup to use the core API consumer and user.

However, for any business specific scenarios, these configuration procedures can be used to make changes as required.
