Disallowing partial breaks
By default, the application does not subtract any paid time if an employee only takes a partial beak. So if an employee starts their unpaid break after the assigned start time and ends it before the end time, they are paid for the full shift.
If partial breaks are not allowed, employees are not paid for the entire break, even if they only take a portion of their break.
To disallow partial breaks, set the ALLOW_PARTIAL_BREAKS registry parameter to No. To allow partial breaks, set the ALLOW_PARTIAL_BREAKS registry parameters to Yes.
See the Infor Workforce Management Registry Parameter Reference Guide.
