Viewing the Code Summary

Supervisors can access an employee's timesheet to see the number of hours that are reported against each time code and hour type. This provides a summary of how the employee spent their week: how many hours they worked and were off sick or on vacation.

To view the Code Summary, navigate to the Code Summary section.

The amount of hours worked per day, broken drown by time code and hour type, is displayed.

Note: 
  • You might not see the Code Summary section on your Weekly Timesheet because it is an optional component. A parameter that is set by your system administrator determines whether it is displayed.

  • If the Absence Management module is installed, the Weekly Summary section also shows any reported absences.
