Defining toke counters

Counters are employees who are responsible for counting the original pool. When configured in the toke pool, they will be displayed on the distribution form when this pool is getting a distribution. Counters usually get a flat amount off the top of a pool.

Note: In a toke pool, defined counters cannot be deleted, but their end dates can be adjusted to make them inactive. You can also add new counters or change an existing counter to someone else.
