Selecting time off requests to view

The employees and the time period for which you are viewing time off requests are shown in the top left corner of the Approve Time Off page. When you open the page, Direct Reports and Rolling 4 Weeks are shown by default. You can select different employees or a different time period to view.

  1. Select Approve Time Off from the menu.
  2. Click on either of the labels in the top left corner of the page, above the grid.
    For example, click on Direct Reports or Rolling 4 Weeks. The Approve Time Off Selection popup opens.
  3. Specify this information:
    Direct Reports
    Select this option to view time off requests for your direct reports.
    All Teams
    Select this option to view time off requests for all teams.
    Manual Team Selection
    Select this option to view time off requests for one or more specified teams.
    Teams
    If you selected Manual Team Selection, specify one or more team for which you want to view time off requests. This field is not shown if you select Direct Reports or All Teams.
    Home Team Only
    Select this check box to include only employees whose home team is specified. Time off requests of employees who are on that team on a temporary assignment are not included.
    Date Range
    Select Rolling 4 Weeks or Manual Date Range.
    Period
    If you selected Manual Date Range from the Date Range list, specify the beginning and ending dates of the period.
  4. Click Apply.
