Setting password life times

To set the password life time:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Registry Maintenance.
  2. Select the /system/workbrain_parameters/password_life registry path.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Specify the number of days before passwords expire in the Variable Value field, and then click Save.
  5. Click OK.
    To force a user to enter a new password, set the user’s Date Changed Password value to a date earlier than the current date minus the password life value. This setting forces the user to update their password the next time they log in to the application.
