Moving messages between folders
To move messages between folders:
- Click the Messages icon.
- Select the folder containing the messages you want to move. For example, Inbox, Sent, Deleted, Draft, or a custom folder.

Do one of these actions:
- To move individual messages from the selected folder, select the check box next to the messages that you want to move.
- To move all messages from the selected folder, click
All. This option
selects all messages to be
moved.
- Select the folder from the Move Checked Items To drop-down list to which you want to move the selected messages.
- Click Go.
- Click OK.
