Scheduling the Alert Task

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler.
  2. Click Add Schedule.
  3. Select Alert Task from the Task Type list.
  4. Specify the scheduling parameters for the task and click Submit.
  5. In the Task Schedules grid, click the Parameters button for the task that you just added.
  6. Select the alert definition from the Alert Type list and click Next.
    If parameters are defined for the alert type, the parameters page is displayed.
  7. Specify parameters for the alert as required by the alert definition.
  8. Click Submit.
