Step 3: Check pay group or employee readiness

Whether you have selected pay groups for an on-cycle payroll close or employees for an off-cycle payroll close, the Payroll Close Wizard will validate the readiness of your selections.

The validation process occurs after you have refined your choice and have selected either the pay groups or the employees to export.

When the readiness stage of the export process is initiated and the Pay Group or Employee Readiness screen is displayed, no “readiness” status is set until you proceed to Step 4: Review.
