User proxy setup

Users can temporarily act as other users by signing in as proxies. In effect, the proxy user "becomes" another user to perform transactions in the application.

To enable proxy users, you must set the ENABLE_USER_PROXIES parameter in the registry to TRUE. You must also enable both individual users and security groups to act as proxies.

Finally, specific users must be designated to act as proxies for other users. A system administrator can designate proxies for a user, and individual users can grant other users permissions to act as proxies for them.
