Defining holiday assignments using the Holiday Assignment Parameters page
To define holiday assignments using the Holiday Assignments Parameters page:
- Select Maintenance > Public Holidays > Holiday Assignment.

Depending on which field is available, do one of these actions:
- Select the required holidays in the Holiday field.
- Select the required holiday calendars in the Holiday Calendar field.

Select one of these options:
- Select the employees to assign to the holiday from the Employee lookup.
- Select the teams to assign to the holiday from the Team lookup.
- Select the payroll group to assign to the holiday from the Pay Group lookup.
- Select the calculation group to assign to the holiday from the Calc Group lookup.

Click
Submit.
A message is displayed confirming that your holiday assignment is being processed. A Workmail message is sent your Inbox when the holiday assignment is complete.
