Time Punch Alerts
Time Punch Alerts represent employee alerts resulting from missing or invalid time punches. These alerts are listed in ascending order by employee and date. When you click an employee, you can enter any time punch corrections or add new punches on the panel that is displayed. This screen also displays the employee's contact information, the time punch error message, along with the employee's schedule information for the specified date. In addition, the
link is also displayed if additional information needs to be entered before correcting the punch error. When a clock has latitude and longitude information, a map icon is displayed beside the clock. If geo-validation is enabled, an issue icon is displayed beside the clock if the clock is outside the boundary of the employee's expected geolocation, outside the employee's schedule, or has no coordinates.
You can display the location of the clock on a map by hovering over the map icon. The location of the team where the employee was scheduled at the time of the clock is marked with a blue team pin and a circle indicating the radius (if any). The team pin shows the exact location of the employee's expected geolocation at the time of the clock. Employees that are scheduled to work on multiple teams on the day may have multiple expected geolocations at certain times of the day (indicated by multiple team pins).
If the clock occurred inside the boundary of the employee's expected geolocation, the clock's exact location is marked with a green pin. If the clock occurred outside the boundary of the employee's expected geolocation, the clock's exact location is marked with an orange pin.
The Time Punch Alerts are compatible with issues that are detected as a result of these Unauthorize Rule parameters:
- Unauthorize If Clock Ons Not Equal Offs
- Unauthorize If Clocks Out Of Sequence
- Unauthorize If Clocks Out of Geo-fence
Aspects of the Time Punch Alert are configurable. The Home, Mobile, and E-mail labels that are displayed as part of the contact information are not configurable through the TURN ON config mode option. The labels can be configured in this registry folder:
