Opening the Error Log Management page

To open the Error Log Management page:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Error Log Management.
  2. Click View Details for the error ticket that you want to view.
    This information is available:
    Page Execution Error
    A stack trace to help determine the source of error.
    Page Metrics
    Information includes the type of web browser used, and connection and access time to the application and database.
    Debug Messages
    Lists all parameters for the current page, actions taken by the server, and cookies such as session ID.
    Database Trace
    Displays all SQL statements, which were executed on the current page.
